Welcome to The Ghostly Archives Podcast with Melissa Dawn.

This website aims to record, write, and preserve ghostly folklore tales from around the world. Join me each week as I tell a tale or have a roundtable of guests where we talk about strange tales, experiences, or topics that are hot in the culture now!

Originally born in Canada as a Gen-Xr in the 1970s, I have spent my life collecting ghostly Folklore. I started writing and making e-zines for an online blog, The Curious Fortean, in 2015. I worked behind the scenes as Art Director and Graphic Designer to found The Folklore Podcast in 2016. I started my podcast with a co-host in 2018 called Drawing Out The Spirits, then launched solo in 2019 with The Secret Door Podcast, which ran successfully for two years!

I immigrated to the U.S. in 2023 and have been able to focus on my passion for finding ghostly lore and looking at people's experiences from the past and the present! I am excited to have you join me at The Ghostly Archives and become part of history!
